These terms govern your use of tracktgrowth.com and any services you request from trackt. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, disrupt it, or interfere with its operation or security.

No guarantee of results

Information on this site, including any figures or examples, describes past or illustrative outcomes and is not a promise of future results. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

Reservations and bookings

Reserving a market or booking a call does not create a binding service agreement or a payment obligation. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and trackt.

SMS and text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our reserve form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from trackt (trackt ai Inc). These messages relate to your market reservation, scheduling and reminders for your game-plan call, account and reservation updates, and occasional offers.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
